We have been operating on the internet for over 2 years and supplied thousands of ordes to customers throughout the UK . We operate with partners for payment and delivery.
We have WorldPay as our payment partner, as they provide a secure payment service whcih means that you have peace of mind in buying from ourselves.
For delivery we use City Link as we feel the ability to deliver to you the next working day as a standard service is preferable to waiting an unknown period of time. Furthermore in the unlikely event that somethng does go wrong - we can act far more quickly to remedy the situation.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment, and payment is undertaken via Worldpay and their secure payment service.
Awards Party do not hold any details of your credit card numbers.

Shipping And Handling Shipping is via Courier - City Link - we adopt the next working day delivery service as standard. Thts is a fixed cost of £5.30 plus VAT. We are able to track and trace your delivery and this helps us to provide a more reliable service than if we were to post items.
Please note - we cannot guarantee that delivery will be the next working day following the placement of your order.
We will always endeavour to ship to you within 24 hours (subject to stock availability), If your order is urgent, please telephone us in order that we can prioritise your order.
Due to increased shipping costs we no longer ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. |
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you with delivery the day following order, provided your order is received before 2:00pm.
If we are out of stock of items we will advise you as soon as possible and advise accordingly. |
